Happy Thanksgiving

Instead of writing a long, and perhaps boring, post about all the amazing things that have transpired this past year, I want to share with you a sentiment I share with Lawrence Welk.  "Over and over I marvel at the blessings of my life: Each year has grown better than the last."

Life is short and unpredictable.  I am incredibly grateful that I can recognize this and can appreciate my family, friends, education, and career.

May you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with those you hold dear, and I hope you are all able to take a much needed tryptophan-induced nap.
