Evelyn is fantastic! Sorry for the delay in blogs.

Since our last post, Evelyn had a sonogram done of both her hips to see if anything was wrong (they were loose at her last appointment), but everything is looking great. She has begun to mumble and smile quite a bit. She giggles when I blow raspberries on her stomach and have her "flying" through the air.

The McCoy-Lewis clan has moved to Grandview within the last week. We love our tiny little house! It has an enormous big yard (in comparison to the size of the house) and a two-car garage. We have done plenty of yardwork already...I'm excited to plant some tomatoes, peppers, and flowers. It's starting to feel like home!

  1. I am so glad you've found a house and like your new home. Also glad to hear Evelyn is doing well. You will love fresh tomatoes and peppers. They don't require a lot of care. Flowers always make a place look pretty. I know you are very busy with all you do. I got to see Jessie when she was home. Tell Jake "Hi".

  2. Hi Sarah!! I saw the pictures of Evie. What a cutie. You did good!!! I bet you are glad that classes are about done. Tonight will be my last night in Springfield, as I transferred my grad program to Illinois State MSW program. I will keep in touch by checking this site. Your little girl will grow fast--try not to miss one moment. Like the Kenny Chesney song says, "Don't Blink"...life goes faster than you think. Take care, Paula
